1. General Manager
Specific Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel in the same position
- Able to develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Able to manage budgets, operations, and overall company performance
- Familiar with VHP system
General Requirements:
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with strong prioritization skills
- Advanced proficiency in English
