Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
- Proven ability to manage hotel operations, revenue, guest satisfaction, and team performance
- Strong understanding of Rooms Division, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and Financial Management
- Results-oriented with a hands- on management approach
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
