1. Chef de Cuisine
General Requirements:
- Open to candidates of all nationalities with verifiable expertise in Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or reputable Italian establishment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and cost management.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Creative, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
