Now, we are looking for passionate candidate to fill the positions as below:
- Sales Admin

About the role:
- Assist to Sales & Marketing Manager for reporting and admin.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner using Hotel's telephone etiquette guidelines. Handle telephone enquiries according to departmental procedure
- Assist in the packing of materials when required. e.g. hotel brochures, sales kits, giveaway etc.
- Able to handle sales inquiries. (Hotel brochures, slides, sales kits and give-away)
- Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments.
- Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel's sales administration process.

Your skills & experiences:
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Ability to speak English and other language is advantages.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & Power Point
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
