1. Human Resources Manager
Aloita Resort is looking for an experienced, people-oriented, and hands-on HR Manager to manage our HR operations and support our team in a unique remote island environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations, employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and personnel records.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, days off, and absenteeism.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, deductions, and service charge.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations and coordinate with Disnaker, BPJS, and relevant authorities when required.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, resignation, and termination processes.
- Coordinate THR, employee benefits, training, and staff welfare.
- Work closely with department heads on manpower planning and employee performance.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, documentation, and employee confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll, BPJS, and Indonesian employment regulations.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities.
- Hands-on, practical, flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Comfortable working in a remote island environment.
- Experience dealing with Disnaker or government authorities is an advantage.
