- Central Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Respond immediately to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations or information
- Ensure all reservation information and correspondences are properly filed and readily available for future reference
- To ensure smooth and professional operations in an attentive, friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
- Maintain clear communication with Amansanti /Aman Indonesia properties.
Requirements:
- Proactive, resourceful, a team-player, self-motivated and action-oriented
- Excellent computer skills & System (MS Office, OPERA)
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
- 2 years experience in same position as Reservation
