General Requirements:
- Have experience min. 1 year at the same position. (Hotel background is preferred)
- Minimum Education D1 (Diploma 1). Position No. 1
- Fluent in English both verbal & written and computer skills. Position No. 1
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills. Position No. 1
- Strong complaint-handling and problem-solving abilities. Position No. 1
- Able to lead and support junior team members. Position No. 1
- Excellent team spirit, attentiveness & patience for customers, good personality and appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to join immediately.
