1. Guest Service Agent
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at luxury hotel/resort
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Pleasant personality, good team work, strong customer service and upselling skills
- Ready to be assigned to the night shift
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be Bali-based
