Qualification:
- Indonesian Citizen only
- Relevant educational background
- Minimum of 2 years experience at the same position in Luxury Resort
- Excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary
- Must be Bali-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest services and ensure an excellent customer experience
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guests to address their needs and inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and build a positive brand reputation
- Assist with guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally and efficiently.
