General Qualification:
- Diploma or certificate in bartending, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Ability to effectively manage a bar team
- Ability to develop and implement bar policies and procedures
- Keep abreast of trends and innovations in the bartending industry
- Ability to effectively create and present drinks
