Guest Service Agent (GSA)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or a similar position in a hotel/villa.
- Experience in a 3-5 star hotel or villa is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to handle guest requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with PMS / hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and OTA platforms is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
