Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
- Able to create standard recipes
- Able to calculate COGS and food costs
- Oversee the smooth running of kitchen operations
- Able to prepare daily sales stock reports
- Willing to work flexible hours (shifts)
