Requirements:
- Ability to supervise daily hotel operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Ensure high levels of guests satisfaction and service quality
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in hotel management system (PMS) and Microsoft Office
