1. Front Desk Agent
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or Guest Service (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus
- Customer-oriented, friendly, and able to handle guest complaints professionally
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Computer literate (hotel system experience is an advantage)
- Honest, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
