1. General Manager Resort
Key Of Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for resort operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
- Oversee all departments (Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Housekeeping, HR, Spa/Recreation).
- Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence, ensuring a luxury guest experience.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, labor laws, and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop department heads and management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hospitality, with 3-5 years in a senior management or GM role at a resort or luxury hotel.
- Strong understanding of resort operations, revenue management, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (especially for international resorts).
- On site and willing to relocate to our resort in Sumba
