1. Guest Service Attendant - Front Office
Position requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English : additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Front Office operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
