- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Diploma (D3): Hotel Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asst. Sales Manager / Sales Manager (1) (2)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales (priority given to experience in hotels with a similar target market in Malang). Potential Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (3)
- Possesses an Extensive Network (Local & National Corporate Clients, Travel Agents, Event Organizers).
- Capable of developing Sales Strategies and maintaining good client relationships (1) (2)
- Possesses effective verban and written communication skills and persuasive presentation skills.
- Familiar with hotel reservation systems.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (verbal and written). Other languages are a plus.
- Results-oriented, proactive, takes initiative, able to work under pressure, understands the local culture of Malang.
- Target-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, able to drive and possesses an active driver’s license (SIM A).
