- Cost Controller
Roles & responsibilities:
- Monitor and track all project and operational costs
- Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses
- Review purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims to ensure cost accuracy and proper allocation
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to verify supplier quotations and contract values
- Maintain cost databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Provide cost estimates for new projects and evaluate potential cost savings
- Highlight cost trends, risks, and opportunities to management
- Assist in monthly financial closing and reconciliation of cost-related accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality
- Management (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis (preferably in hospitality environment
- Good understanding of cost management principles and financial reporting
- High level of integrity and accuracy in data handling
- Great command of English, both verbal and written
