Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in a relevant field with at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
2. Strong guest-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
3. Able to adapt quickly, innovative, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. English proficiency preferred.
6. Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) - required for Position No. 3
