Job Requirements:
- Communication skill and good attitude
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same / similar position
- Strong understanding of restaurant, banquet, room service, and bar operations with solid leadership (FBM)
- Manage food cost and standard recipe (CDP)
- Able to operate VHP system (FO)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Hospitality oriented, diligent and responsible
- Willing to be placed in Ciledug Tangerang - Banten
