Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within 4-star or 5-star hotels
- Mastery of authentic Indonesian cuisine from various regions
- Demonstrated commitment to food safety, proper sanitation, HACCP standards, and adherence to hotel SOPs
- Good understanding of market trends, guest preferences, and cost considerations
- Having good communication skills
