1. Head Chef
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year as Head Chef or Kitchen Leader in a 3-star hotel
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts / Hospitality / Tourism Management
- Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong leadership, problem solver, creative, hands-on, people-oriented, excellent communication
- Capable of handling high-volume operations, large banquets, and peak seasons
- Advanced cost control, menu engineering, innovation in local & international cuisine.
