Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent network within corporate, government, travel agent, and MICE segments
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, market analysis, and revenue generation
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Able to work independently as well as lead and collaborate with a team
- Good analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
- Familiar with the Manado market is an advantage
