Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience at the same position.
- Minimum education is Diploma in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
- In-depth understanding of HACCP, food safety standards, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, safety and sanitation standards
