• Human Resources Generalist
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Basic knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D).
• Creative with strong design skills using Canva and other digital tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law is an advantage.
