Qualifications :
• Proven experience minimum of one year in the same position and minimum 2 years
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English)
• Establishes a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality
• Familiar use of VHP (PMS System) and handling Wedding or Event reservation
• Open-minded, well-organized, and result oriented
• Time management efficiently
