Requirements :
• Relevant degree/diploma
• Able to communicate in both written and spoken English
• Have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel
• Have an excellent overall knowledge of food and be able to demonstrate innovative and creative strategies that will improve the performance of the business.
