- Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out process
- Provide excellent guest service and assistance
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or experienced candidate
- Good communication skills (English is a must)
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Able to work in a team and under pressure
- Able to drive a car and hold a valid SIM A (driving license)
- Experience in hospitality is an advantage.
