1. Front Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in office administration, including operational oversight and organizational abilities
- Expertise in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Proficiency in front office operations, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to lead a team, resolve complaints, and maintain a welcoming guest environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or front office management is preferred
- Familiarity with Balinese culture and sustainability practices is an advantage
- Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages is a plus
