Begawan Biji Restaurant managed by LHM, is seeking passionate and professional team members. Located in Payangan, north of Ubud, we are looking to recruit the right candidate for the position listed below
Position available:
1. CDP Pastry
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in pastry, bakery, cafe, restaurant or hotel kitchens
- Strong skills in pastries, desserts, cakes, viennoiserie, and plated desserts
- Able to manage cold kitchen items, including salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes
- Passionate about farm-to-table concepts, seasonal ingredients, and local produce
- Understanding of recipe costing, food cost control, portioning, stock management, and waste reduction
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Creative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to lead junior staff under pressure
All ideal candidates should have a strong background in tourism and hospitality, and a desire to uplift local communities in Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Payangan, Ubud, Bali.
