- English Trainer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English Education, English Literature, or related fields from a reputable university
- Having 1-2 years of experience in English teaching or training; corporate training experience will be preferred
- Hands-on experience in needs analysis, program planning, learning material development, training delivery, and evaluation
- Familiarity with Training & Development practices within an HR environment will be an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and self- driven, with a professional, responsible, and reliable character
- Placement : Lagoi, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
