Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
2. Have 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise team performance
4. Well-groomed, detail-oriented, change maker, savvy and future leader
