1. Senior / Head Barista R&D
Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
1. Minimum High School Diploma; Diploma/Bachelor in Hospitality or F&B Management preferred
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Senior / Head Barista
3. Experience in menu development (R&D)
4. Espresso extraction mastery and grinder calibration
5. Advanced latte art
6. Manual brewing methods (V60, Kalita, Aeropress, French Press)
7. Basic roasting knowledge (advantage)
8. Mocktail mixing and flavor pairing
9. Syrup formulation and infused beverages
10. Signature drink development
11. Beverage cost and margin calculation
12. Creative and innovative
13. Leadership, coaching ability and Attention to detail
14. Analytical thinking & Strong communication skills
