1. Resident Manager - The Hill Balikpapan
Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Minimal 5 tahun di bidang Apartment Management, Serviced Apartment, Exclusive Housing / Residence, Residential Property Management.
- Pengalaman menangani corporate clients dan expatriate residents menjadi keunggulan.
- Memiliki track record dalam marketing, leasing, sales, occupancy improvement, dan tenant acquisition.
- Mampu mengelola resident/tenant services, housekeeping, security, engineering & maintenance, landscaping, facility management, utilities, vendor management, inventory & procurement.
- Mampu memastikan seluruh fasilitas dan unit dalam kondisi excellent, well-maintained, safe, clean, dan ready for occupancy.
- Mampu mengelola complaint, emergency, incident, dan operational
- Mampu membuat sales pipeline, conversion strategy, property presentation, dan direct selling
- Memahami property P&L dan financial performance
