Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum SLTA/SMK
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in similar position
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented and target-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good integrity, discipline, and professional attitude
- Willing to be placed according to operational needs
- Honestly & sincere
