Candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Education: min. D3 / S1 relevant field (FB Sales), SMK/D3 Hospitality (Front Desk), SMK Culinary (Cook)
- Role-specific skills: sales & negotiation (FB Sales), PMS & Front Office system (Front Desk), coking techniques & food safety (Cook)
- Neat, presentable appearance and good physical / mental / health
- Able to work well in a team & under pressure
- Willing to work shifts (including weekends / holidays)
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible in daily duties
- Able to work effectively in a team and handle fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and consistent with SOP’s / standards
