General qualification:
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, fitness, wellness, F&B, or a related industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, members, and team members.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, approachable, and positive, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Well-groomed, confident, professional, and presentable, with a positive attitude toward work.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to learn, develop new skills, and take on new responsibilities as required.
- Good English communication skills; additional language skills or relevant technical skills will be an advantage.
- Passionate about hospitality, fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and creating memorable experiences for guests and members.
