1. Security
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the villa perimeter, parking areas, and common spaces
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities immediately
- Manage the main gate access, ensuring only authorized visitors and guests enter the premises
- Enforce security policies and assist guests with any security concerns
- Maintain accurate daily logbook records of incidents and activities
Requirements:
- Physically fit and alert, with strong observation skills
- Basic spoken English ability is a plus
- Must be willing to work in shifts (including night shifts)
