We are looking for a passionate hands-on, and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and elevate guest experience
Qualifications:
- Min 7-12 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong background in restaurant & bar operations
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams
- Excellent understanding of service standards, SOP and guest handling
- Strong skills in cost control, inventory and P&L awareness
- Confident in managing daily operations, shifts, and performance targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Well-groomed professional attitude, and service-oriented mindset
