1. Assistant HR Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations
- Proven experience in recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
