Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes (1)
- Outstanding analytical and time management skills (1)
- Proven work experience as Purchasing Officer (2)
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (research, evaluate and liaise with vendors)
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software
- Understand supply chain procedures
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and perform cost analysis
- Negotiation skills
