Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within F&B Industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of daily coffee shop operations, including inventory control, service quality, hygiene and staff performance
- Ability to analyze sales reports, manage costs and drive store performance
- Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly positive attitude
- Willing to travel and oversee multiple store locations
