1. Talent & Culture Manager
Requirement:
- Indonesian citizenship
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources, with 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Hospitality or Luxury resort background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to create a positive and high-performing workplace culture
- Strong understanding of of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Highly organized, emphatic, and solutions-oriented
- Familiarity with HR systems and training tools
