1. Operation Manager
Qualification:
- Fresh graduate with Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management
- Passionate about hospitality and service excellence
Preferably living in
Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) or surrounding areas
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and support front office, housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to maintain service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of facilities and services
- Support the implementation of sales & marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment and deliver outstanding guest experiences
