General Requirements:
- Minimum D1 majoring in a related field
- At least 3 years experience in a related field at manager level
- Familiar with PMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude, guest-focused and pleasant personality
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends, and public holidays
- Able to join immediately
