1. Banquet Sales Manager
General Requirements:
- Diploma hotel and restaurant manager
- F&B sales background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
- Minimum 3 years of experience in 3-star hotels with the same position
- Ability to multi-tasking, work well in high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- Ability of risk management
- Results, service, and details oriented
2. Front Office Manager
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Front Office Supervisor or Manager role within hotel, serviced apartment, or office building
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Experienced in VHP system is a plus
