1. Hotel Manager
Requirements:
- Male/Female (Hijab)
- Moslem
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar managerial role
- Honest, strong integrity and able to work with targets
- Good leadership and good communication skills
- Able to work in a team result-oriented
2. Senior Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Male
- Moeslem
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar position in a hotel or restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in kitchen operations, food cost control, and inventory management
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Able to develop menus, create standards recipes, and manage cost control effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Disciplined, responsible, and highly committed to maintaining professional standards
3. Engineering Staff
Requirements:
- Male
- Minimum education: vocational high school (technical) or Diploma in electrical / mechanical engineering
- Minimum 1 year or more of experience in similar role
- Good understanding of electrical systems, AC pumbling, and building maintenance
- Able to perform repairs and preventive maintenance
- Willing to work in shifts
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a team
