1. Guest Service Officer
Responsibilities :
• Handles reservation (system-based) and manage guests' account.
• Handles and records guest comments and complaints, may refer issues to supervisor when necessary, and relay guests' messages to respective divisions promptly.
• Provides any tourism information related to apartment's surroundings.
• Perform any other duties as required and directed by the GS Manager or Management.
• Responsible in performing night audit reporting.
Requirements :
• Minimum High School Degree or Diploma from Hotel Management major
• At least 2 years of experience or equivalent
• Good communication in English
• Service-oriented attitude
• Good physical fitness to keep up with daily operation
• Willing to work shift-based
• Can join immediately by March 2023
