1. Reservation Supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in reservations
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Experience in hotel or resort environment
- Knowledge of OTA platforms
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
