4. Bell Driver - Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred (1,2,3). High school diploma or equivalent (4).
- Experience: Proven leadership experience running the front-of-house service team in a premium restaurant or upscale dining venue (standalone restaurant background welcome) (1). Experience in Human Resources management within the hospitality industry, preferably overseeing multi-property operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and training development (2). Experience in Front Office operations or supervisory roles in hospitality (3). Experience in Bell Driver operations at hospitality field (4).
- Skills: Strong track record of driving financial results, revenue, and cost control (1). Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities (2,3).
- Attributes: Exceptional service standards and hands-on operational focus (1,2). Professional demeanour, customer service-oriented, and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends (3,4).
